2 shots of Kahlua Especial (very important that it's the Especial instead of regular Kahlua; the Especial is 80 proof, and replaces vodka)

2 shots of Baileys
(note, Caroline's Irish Cream tastes the exact same, but for half the cost)

2 shots of Creme de Menthe

Chocolate syrup (optional)

Mix all ingredients together, then shake gently over ice (3 or 4 shakes at most) and strain into a martini glass. My glasses hold 6 shots, although I know that some only hold 5, so you may have to adjust the portions slightly.

For a little extra sweetness, I'll often pour chocolate sauce into the glass first, then spin it slowly so that the chocolate is on the sides of the glass. Or, you could also drop a Hershey's kiss in the bottom first.
