My family loves this for dinner! You can use whatever vegetables you like.


4 cups of boiled, chopped chicken
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of milk
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables. I usually add green beans, peas, carrots, and corn, but you can do anything you like.
6 frozen or canned biscuits, thawed

Mix chicken, soup, milk, and vegetables in a bowl, then pour it into an 11x7 baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.

Take it out, then arrange the biscuits on top in a layer. I've seen a lot of people put cheddar cheese on top, too, but I don't really care for that.

Put it back in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes or until the biscuits are nice and brown. The sauce should be bubbly.
