Quick, easy, and pretty healthy.


1 pound of ground turkey
1/2 cup of dried bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 egg

For the glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
1 tablespoon honey

Heat oven to 325.

Combine bread crumbs, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, onion, red pepper, and egg.

Pack mixture into a loaf pan, and bake for 10 minutes.

Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and honey. Brush glaze onto loaf after 10 minutes, then bake for another 20 minutes or meat is thoroughly cooked.
